3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

    • Services are not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
    • Deliverables significantly deviate from the agreed brief.

4. Cancellations

    • Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription via the Client Portal.
    • Prorated Refunds: Available if services have not yet commenced for the billing period.

5. Technical Issues

    • If technical issues are caused by Ignite, we will offer a refund or credit.
    • No refunds for issues caused by third-party platforms.

6. Delays

Delays caused by client actions will not result in refunds. If delays are caused by Ignite, we may adjust the billing date to account for lost time.
If more than 25 days pass without receiving the onboarding questionnaire, we will create content based on our research with no revisions allowed.
Delays in feedback or approvals that exceed 30 days will lead to content creation for the next period, and revisions will no longer be possible for the previous batch.

7. Resellers

We do not issue refunds for services rendered if your client fails to pay.

8. Blackmail & Threats

Attempts to bypass our refund policy through threats or blackmail are not tolerated. Such actions may result in legal consequences and removal of unjust reviews.

9. Dispute Resolution

1.3 Scheduling & Posting: Our scheduling tool is complimentary. If connectivity issues arise, you may manually post content. Refunds do not apply to scheduling issues beyond our control.

1.4 Support Channels: Support is available via our dashboard, live chat, or email. Telephonic support is unavailable.

1.5 Client Responsibilities:

    • Complete the onboarding questionnaire promptly.
    • Provide timely feedback and approvals.
    • Inform us of any changes (e.g., passwords).

3.4 Custom Orders: Pricing for Custom Orders may differ from the prices listed on our pricing page. Custom rates are determined based on your specific requirements, job complexity, delivery timelines, and other relevant factors. We will provide a clear quote (i.e. payment link or invoice) before starting any custom work.
