How much do your services cost, and why are they so affordable?
Our services start at just $199/month. We keep costs low by leveraging technology and a remote team, allowing us to pass the savings on to you without compromising on quality. Additional channels and services can be added for a small fee.
Where do you get the visuals from, and is the content custom-made just for me?
All visuals are custom-created for your brand. If you have existing content, we can work with that. If not, we use premium stock images or design graphics that align with your brand identity. Every piece of content we create is tailored specifically to your business, ensuring it reflects your goals and resonates with your audience.
How do I get started, and what happens after I sign up?
Sign up directly on our website, complete the onboarding questionnaire, and select your desired services. Once you sign up, you’ll connect your social media accounts and submit the necessary information for content creation. Shortly, you’ll receive your first batch of content to review. If needed, we’ll make revisions until you’re happy with the result.
Are there any refunds, and how often am I charged?
We don’t offer refunds due to the personalized nature of our services. However, we provide revisions based on your feedback until the content meets your needs. Your payment covers content creation. Our services are billed monthly, starting on the date of signup, and will automatically renew unless you cancel, pause, or adjust your plan via the Client Portal.
